[/b] [b]What kind of experience do you have being A leader on Clone Wars RP? Any Commander Positions or Officer ranks in the past? If Nam Legend and everyone who is going to be looking this app already knows and I’d rather not jot all of them down because Frankly I can’t remember how many times I was a ARC Commander alone but in my Time away from the Server I was a… Captain of the Starfighter Corps, General of the Army, Boss x2, Chief Air Marshal (They had an Air force for some reason), Commander of the 21st Nova Corps.[/b] [b]Outside of Clone Wars RP, have you had any leadership positions on other server/games? If so, state what they are: Officer cadet on a Impiral Server I stuck to mostly CWRP, I was a squad leader in a Arma server for a short time.[/b] [b]In your own words, what makes a good commander?(150 word Minimum): What makes me a good commander is I listen and I go through the stress my men have to bear as well I listen to them closely I try to gain and distribute respect though my battalions, I have Nearly 4 Years Of Commanding Battalions and Sometimes evan Branches of the Forces they have, I also am Strict on Rules But understanding that there are flaws and some need to be pulled out, but A rule is a rule, I Punish Troops fairley I will not Blame a trooper for actions of another unless that action is unthinkable, I Have Experience with ARC Battalions and other SF Units I have been known as a Elite Commander for a long time. I will make sure the trooper’s this time in ym battalion stay respectful to other battalions Officer’s,NCO’s,Enlisted and Staff I will not be an asswipe to the Staff anymore I will follow the rules but I will protest at moment’s were I feel actions may be too drastic.[/b]  [b]Why should we consider your application over other applications?(200 word Minimum): [/b][b]I have a long experience on the server and the people in it they know me and I know them I respect them highly and if their APP may be better then mine so be it they won fair and square, but you should look to mine because I have been through a lot of stuff I can teach what I’ve learned from other great communities and bring it here to make something Great for this battalion, And you all who look at this app may see me as Hard Headed in the Past, in a bad way...but Now I have changed I have become Hard Headed in a good way, I do not stop on a task until it’s done no matter how simple, I have been through a lot of crappy situations with you guys and some good I ask for this chance to make up the Bad and Bring more good to bring peace of minds so you don’t have to think of dealing with CO’s all the time to Let IC people such as Fleet admiral deal with them which in turn will bring a lot of stress off your back so you all can work on making the server a better place for the people and Myself because I trust you all to do so.[/b][b]How would you run the battalion you are applying for? Anything regarding how hard the tryouts are, seriousness, organization, anything else you think should go here: [/b]  [b]What do you know about the battalion that you are applying for?(100 word minimum): [/b][b]I don’t know too much but I am willing to learn a lot if need be, Don’t let your faith down by this one thing as you are reading this I am most likely reading about the Republic Navy now.[/b][b]How well are you at working with others, specifically other commanders on a scale of 1-10. 10 being The greatest? To be a frank a 7 unless they are acting Like Fools then it goes down to a four, But I will do my best to always keep a 10.                                                                                                           [/b][b]                                                                                                        [/b][b]                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          --------------------Situation Questions-------------------- [/b]  [b]How would you handle a trooper disobeying orders on the battlefield: [/b][b]I would send him to the rear guard were a NCO would take him in and ask What The hell is he thinking, but for the Navy I will Contact 5th Fleet and tell him to stand down and he is relieved of duty until after the battle [/b] [b]You are preparing an assault on a CIS fortress, you have 1 AT-TE and 50 troopers available including yourself. How would you do it: [/b][b]I would use the AT-TE to shell the base (If I’m using CT’s I think) After a heavy shelling I would tell the AT-TE To move up slowly with the Trooper’s taking cover behind it firing when they can as the AT-TE would rain hell soon as they got to the entrance for the base the Trooper’s would slit in half and head into the base clearing it as the AT-TE would guard the Outside killing any other droids remaining or attempting to escape [/b] [b]You are heavily outnumbered by enemy forces and you are preparing a retreat. You spot a squad further ahead being pinned down and with no way to escape. What would you do: [/b][b]I would order’s two squads to set up heavy cover and set up covering fire other the troops as they escaped then rushing back with them.[/b] [b]You are in a LAAT with 2 Medics, 5 Privates and 1 Captain. The LAAT takes a hit and goes down, everyone in the LAAT is heavily injured but you.
