[b]#1. Why do you want to be staff on Nova Networks (200+ Word Minimum)[/b] [b]A:[/b] I would like to be a staff member on Nova Networks for many reasons. My first reason being I am friends with the Co-Owner of the server Legend and would really like to assist him and the server in any means necessary in and out of game. My second reason is that I really like staffing and I feel like I can bring some help and knowledge into the community and staff team. And last but not least being staff for a server is a lot of fun for me I enjoy working with people and other staff members as well as I am experienced in many fields of staffing so I will be capable of doing my job on the server. How can you help out the Server/ Community?[/b] [b]A:[/b] I can help the community and server by bringing my knowledge and expertise as a staff member on servers before to do my job well.  [b]#3. Tell me about your skills that you can utilize while being staff (100+ Word Minimum)[/b] [b]A:[/b] I have skills in fields such as dealing with sits, abiding rules, and adapting to situations. Admin sits are the main jobs of staff on servers and where most staff spend their time and I am experienced in doing sits to be able to do them professionally. Abiding by rules if fairly easy as a Staff member and I like to keep up to date on server rules as well RP rules in order to keep the server running to its best potential. And adapting to situations I am a quick learner and a good listener I will change and adjust the way I act according to what I am asked by superiors and the rules.  [b]#4. What sets you apart from the other members applying to become apart of the [NN] Staff Team? (150+ Word Minimum)[/b] [b]A:[/b] The thing that sets me apart most from other staff if my previous experience in owning my own server and staffing for multiple servers. I have done a lot in my 1000+ hours of GMOD mainly server and staffing. I have plenty of experience being a member seeing how admins act and how I'd expect them to act which I then add into how I staff. Also, I have a lot of time and know a lot about star wars so I can add that into the server and staff team as well.  #5. What is your status with the community (Do the players think your funny, nice, mean, etc.) [75 word minimum] A: I have not yet decided my status as I have just joined the community. I usually decide where I am based on others around me and the community members. As of now I am nice with a mixture of mean where if you piss me off I am not afraid to speak up and tell you what you're doing wrong. #6. What is an example of a bad staff member. Also how can you avoid being a bad staff member [75 word minimum] A: An example of a bad staff member would be a staff member would be a staff member not familiar with server rules and members. In order to avoid being a bad staff member you should keep up to date with the server to make sure you are aware and ready for most things happening on the server. [b]#5.
