Why do you want to be staff on Nova Networks (200+ Word Minimum) A: I have been staff on a good amount of servers and communities, but everyone i have been staff on has never been up more then a few months. I would love to keep order and everyone in place to help this community and server continue to grow and improve. Sometimes, to be completely honest with everyone, i can find being a “staff on duty” is more fun for me then doing rp. Though i love to rp, being able to help anyone when they need help and stop minges when they need to be stopped means a lot to me. Ive been with this community for about a year maybe more now, and i love the people in it, and would love to work side by side with some of them once again. #2. How can you help out the Server/ Community? A: I can do anything i am asked to do. I can discipline very well and bring brightness to everyone around me. I can make sure there is no rule breaking to make sure all hell doesnt break out.   #3. Tell me about your skills that you can utilize while being staff (100+ Word Minimum) A: I am very well with getting along with others, most staff member will continue to argue and fight with a minge, which could be a bad image for the server. I know how to easily handle situation and stop them from escalating quickly. Me being a friendly person lets people to trust me and ask for help when it is needed. I am also pretty familiar with ULX as most staff are.  #4. What sets you apart from the other members applying to become apart of the [NN] Staff Team? (150+ Word Minimum) A: I put a lot of effort into doing what i dearly love which is staffing. I'm more friendly then most staff from my experience, though i do not let my friendliness get in the way of me laying down the hammer on those who break rules. I will never use power unless down time which i will still not use them to abuse players like many staff i've met have done. I have tons and tons of experience with being a staff member on not only swrp and being a decent Game Master as well. I have also come to notice must staff are never “on duty” during event and stuff. Im probably one of the only people that well be on duty during event making sure everything goes right for the game masters, and if someone starts ruining the event and ruining the rp i could handle them. #5. What is your status with the community (Do the players think your funny, nice, mean, etc.) [75 word minimum] A: I would think most people i know or know me in the community see me as a lay backed person. A pretty chill guy that gets along with everyone. Id think most people see me as a funny guy as well. For sure nice and kind. I'd like to believe most people respect me as a person and a player in the community. #6. What is an example of a bad staff member. Also how can you avoid being a bad staff member [75 word minimum] A: For me a bad staff member is someone who just plain out ignores his duty. When someone calls for help or anything of the sort in @ chat and just ignores it and leaves the situation alone. If a staff member abuses i believe it should be a warning then if it happens again removed from staff. To avoid being a bad staff member isn't hard. Just do your job and what is expected of you  #5. Have you ever had any previous staff experience? (Only Garry's Mod) A: i was admin on a server could fap tactical gaming for about 5 weeks, i resigned because i didn't like how the owner was running things. I was co-owner in a community known as salvage gaming that had 2 successful servers up, i was co-owner for about 2 months up until i didn't have time to help run a server and i resigned. On a server known as NightFall gaming, they had 2 servers, i was admin on one and t-mod on the other, i was staff on both for about 4 weeks then the server began to die. On a server known as nightmare servers i was a Mod for about 2 weeks then it went down. I was community manager on a community called light networks that went quickly down after the owner did something no one liked and we all left. I was a Co-owner for royalty gaming, which is doing well right now and has been up for a while now, though i had to resign to due time issues. I was Sr. Mod on EN a month ago, i had to resign also do to time issues. There is a few more i have staffed on but the names cant come to mind.  #6. If you had previous staff experience how was your experience as a staff?(If you answered no on number five go to the next question) A: I loved everyone, very cool to be in the position to help people that you normally wouldn't be able to help.  #7. +1 personally. He might not be the best organized and the best thought out, but no one Is no perfect. He is a very dedicated member, I've seen him be active for two weeks while no one was really active on another server. I believe he should at least have a chance. Hes dedicated and willing to do it
