Yes                                                                                                                                                                                                                     --------------------Commander Questions-------------------- Position you are applying for: Captain Rex of the 501st Why do you want the position you are applying for?(200 words minimum):have been through many servers in their good times and bad times and I hate to see their fall because of bad leadership. If there is any way I can keep the server out of a power struggle and into good and fun times like they are meant to be. If I were to stay a CT then I can’t do much to help the server when there are commanders in a big dispute. If the server is going to prosper and thrive then we need good leadership. First, Communication is key. I always try and communicate with my team, my troops, and my fellow commanders when we are in trouble or in an event.If there is a disagreement within my company it will be caught, and fixed as soon as possible. We are all clones and will learn to get along with each other. Finally, Form. The formations are there for a reason and they will be used effectively. PT will be their worst enemy, even though the 501st is not “elite” I hold my troops to a certain standard, and when that standard is not fulfilled there will ne PT. training will be rigorous, but that is what it takes to be the best.  What kind of experience do you have being A leader on Clone Wars RP? Any Commander Positions or Officer ranks in the past?: I cant really remember them all, but on NFGC I was CPT Rex. On nightmare gaming i was Rex. On Corre gaming I was Rex. On Elemental networks I was the commander of a hand picked RC squad. On frostbite networks I was commander blitz. On Red Star gaming I was 41st XO MAJ. Outside of Clone Wars RP, have you had any leadership positions on other server/games? If so, state what they are: they only other leading spot would be in sports. In your own words, what makes a good commander?(150 word Minimum): A good commander is one that cares. Someone who would do what it takes to get the job done. While doing so, keeping his troopers in check, and safe. A good commander is always looking out for their troops, they need to be properly trained and disciplined, and the commander must be qualified to train them. In my opinion, probably the most important thing for me is building relationships with your troopers. So everyone in the battalion can count on each other, and help each other with no arguments. A commander should also know when to back down, to not risk anything, a big thing for me is that everyone should think outside the box, bend the rules to keep the people you care for safe, but while doing so completing the mission. Why should we consider your application over other applications?(200 word Minimum): because I will discipline and train the troopers who ever they may be in my battalion to become well respected troopers. If i find that my troopers are being disrespectful to any other commanders or trooper I will give them two chances and if this keeps happening put him or her through PT and make them apologize to the person they were being disrespectful to. Also if they are disobeying orders on the battlefield or anywhere else I will talk to him or her about discipline and following orders if this keeps happening I will set up for a demotion of said trooper or troopers. I have had many experiences in commanding and leading, and I believe I am a perfect spot for 501st CO, i love the 501st with a passion and have been 501st on many servers. How would you run the battalion you are applying for? Anything regarding how hard the tryouts are, seriousness, organization, anything else you think should go here: The tryouts would be pretty easy, consistent 501st is front lines. I would do your basic formations and faces, then I would make sure they are fit to be place on the battle field, like knowing codes and not breaking down under pressure and doing what it takes. He seriousness on mission will be top notch, on base I will allow my itroopers, most of the time, to do as they wish and have a little bit of fun, but that does not mean for them to minge, if I am to hear they are breaking rules I will enforce PT or possible demotion. For organization I will keep a doc on all the current troopers and their positions in the battalion. What do you know about the battalion that you are applying for?(100 word minimum): the 501st were elite trained infantry clones lead by Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and his 2nd in command 501st Captain Rex, Captain Rex and Anakin built a great relationship other time after fighting side by side for so long. 501st legion troopers were part of 3 major battles throughout the clone wars, such as,the Battle of Christophsis, the Second Battle of Geonosis, and the Battle of Umbara. The 501st often worked side by side the 212th, together they dominated CIS fortresses. How well are you at working with others, specifically other commanders on a scale of 1-10. 10 being The greatest? 8                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      --------------------Situation Questions-------------------- How would you handle a trooper disobeying orders on the battlefield: if he was my trooper, i would tell him to get him/her self together and do what's told or their will be punishment, if the trooper continues to disobey, it will result in PT and possible demotion. You are preparing an assault on a CIS fortress, you have 1 AT-TE and 50 troopers available including yourself. How would you do it: I would man the AT-TE with the most qualified trooper, send 5 troops to scout the fortress for possible threats, then send in about 20 troops into an entrance, leave about 10 troops behind incase needed, then send the AT-TE and 20 troops to another entrance once the CIS are focusing on the first 20. You are heavily outnumbered by enemy forces and you are preparing a retreat. You spot a squad further ahead being pinned down and with no way to escape. What would you do: graphic the closets medic, in case of need, have a couple of my own troopers lay down covering fire while I would run over the medic to them, patch up of need, then get them back as quick as possible. You are in a LAAT with 2 Medics, 5 Privates and 1 Captain. The LAAT takes a hit and goes down, everyone in the LAAT is heavily injured but you.
